- Utilize Procore or similar project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration.
- Oversee change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements or challenges.
- Employ conflict management strategies to resolve disputes among team members or stakeholders.
- Ensure thorough requirements management throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment with objectives.
- Lead project engineering efforts by coordinating technical resources and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management in earthwork and site utilities with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proficient in process management and requirements analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with Procore or other project management software is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
- Strong conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices is a plus.
