Job Description
Are you a friendly, motivated and highly organized individual? You could be the next addition to our team as a Member Service Representative (MSR)! This is a full-time position.
As an MSR you will be responsible for administrative duties including
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing communications such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Qualifications
Qualified individuals should have working knowledge the following skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Computer Skills.
- Outgoing and friendly.
- Prefer 1-2 years of experience with direct customer contact.
- Inventory experience, a plus.
- Microsoft office
- High school diploma, required.
