The Senior Industrial Engineer at Wabash is an experienced professional responsible for driving innovation and process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy plans that ensure the timely availability and effective utilization of labor, facilities, equipment, & tooling resources.
- Collaborate with scheduling and demand planning teams to create optimized production plans and provide capacity planning analysis.
- Identify and implement large-scale process improvement initiatives to optimize production, logistics, and operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field of study (Preferred: Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with CAD, PowerBI, SQL, Data Analytic as well as excellent problem-solving skills
