Job Description
The Senior Industrial Engineer will be responsible for leading high-impact projects to optimize operational efficiency and drive innovation across Wabash. This role will require leveraging advanced engineering principles, project management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing large-scale process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deploy plans to ensure the timely availability and effective utilization of labor, facilities, equipment, & tooling resources.
- Work with scheduling and demand planning teams to create optimized production plans and provide capacity planning analysis.
- Interact with production management daily on all matters relating to staffing requirements and IE activities.
