- Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Hands-on implementation and support experience with ServiceNow TPSM/SPM/EAM application suite
- Hands-on experience working with implementing and supporting the following ServiceNow platform features/functions including CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Workflows, Knowledge and Change
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Manage User/group including the data loads
- Follow, maintain and apply documentation best practice policies, procedures and process throughout ServiceNow development
- Work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for Service Now configuration, implementation and support
- Developing user friendly catalog items with experience writing workflows
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow administration
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) including delta release certification through the current release
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
- Assist establishing coding standards to help with consistency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- ServiceNow Partner accreditations and/or micro certifications
- ITIL v4 Foundations Certification a plus
- Certified ServiceNow Developer is a plus
- Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Experience or familiarity with agile development and testing methodology

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
