As a Regional Nurse, you'll be at the heart of our operations working under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, ensuring our team delivers exceptional care. Y ou'll mentor nurses, foster their professional growth, and lead by example in providing superior care. Your insights will help shape our strategies, and your initiative will drive improvements that enhance our services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Computer literacy skills (outlook, Microsoft office, internet)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of CT
Effective management and leadership skills
Effective training skills
Business acumen
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory processes (Federal, and / or State Regulations)
Flexibility to travel
Two to three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility and / or in a regional clinical role
Ability to work in a “Matrix” management environment
