- Perform a variety of general maintenance and repairs.
- Perform asbestos and lead abatement. Licensing and training provided by Waco, Inc.
- Asbestos and lead workers must be clean shaven in order to wear respiratory protection on abatement projects.
- Ability to understand and comply with OSHA safety regulations and have a working knowledge of safely operating tools or equipment associated with the assigned tasks.
- Must have reliable transportation

Typical schedule 7am- 3:30 Monday - Friday with OT available
