Key Responsibilities:
The Assistant Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining financial project data for a group of Project Managers, working with them to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the project data from timesheet entry through invoicing. This will involve assisting Project Managers with invoicing in a timely and accurate manner, performing various steps involved in the invoicing/collection cycle, and maintaining excellent client/employee relations.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline, with a minimum of three years of related experience. They will also possess superior data and time management skills, a passion for accuracy, and a demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to eventually manage staff, are also essential.
