This success was built with over 175 years of combined dealership experience within our tenured staff, and we are now looking to add a dynamic and experienced parts sales associate to our team!
Position: Parts Sales/Customer service
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A candidate with experience handling parts and accessories sales in a face-to-face environment for various types of equipment including but not limited to: 2 cycle handheld products, generators and other yard chore equipment, riding lawn tractors, zero turn mowers, compact & ag tractors and implements, snow control products, and construction equipment.
- The drive and desire to achieve top notch customer satisfaction.
- Someone who takes professional development and continuous improvement seriously.
WHAT WE NEED:
- 3 years proven success in a face-to-face B2B and/or B2C parts sales role in an Equipment, Automotive, or Powersports dealership environment is a MUST.
- Must be proactive, organized, reliable, able to maintain a level of confidence, able to learn and navigate through resources for all our oem’s while still providing the best service to our customers.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with MS Office and dealership management software.
- Have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
