A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AS A QUICKBOOKS CERTIFIED BOOKKEEPER
As a Quick Books Certified Bookkeeper, you perform a vital mission for our company. We have accounts that need to be moved from QuickBooks Enterprise Contractor Edition to a cloud-based QuickBooks system, and your job is to make the change. You also take charge of integrating our new customer relationship management (CRM) software with QuickBooks online.
As you perform the migration and integration, nothing gets by you. Details are your strong point, and you are invested in seeing our company succeed with our new system. While working on your task, you enjoy the rapport you form with our office team and feel at home in our family-run business. You feel great about using your extensive bookkeeping experience to help our business face the future with confidence!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with financial reporting, Chart of accounts balance sheets, cash flows, and profit and loss (P&L)
- QuickBooks Certified

WORK SCHEDULE
This position will work from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, for 90 days with the potential to go permanently full-time after that.
