As Waev expands rapidly in the Charlotte market and beyond, we are seeking an ambitious Account Manager that will help ensure venue and advertising clients are exceptionally well taken care of and achieving their desired outcomes.
Account Manager: We're looking for a scrappy, resourceful Account Manager who can own relationships across both sides of our business — restaurant partners and advertisers. You’ll make sure venues are set up for success and driving measurable impact, and that advertisers are achieving results that make them want to expand their programs with Waev.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners and advertisers
- Ensure screens are running, properly charged, and displaying fresh, relevant content
- Support restaurant partners with content strategy and optimizations
- Help advertisers strategize and execute high-impact campaigns on the Waev network
- Track performance, deliver reporting, and recommend improvements to grow spend
- Identify upsell opportunities and help grow accounts over time
- Coordinate with the ops and product teams to resolve issues and improve client experience
- Help develop and improve training materials and onboarding processes
- Think like an owner — we’re still early, and your ideas will shape our growth
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years in account management, customer success, media/advertising, or hospitality tech
- Strong communication and people skills — you’re great at building trust
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you keep tabs on lots of moving parts
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, startup environment. You’re a self-starter and figure-it-out type
- Bonus if you’ve worked in or with restaurants, hospitality, or digital media
- Even bigger bonus if you’ve ever been labeled as someone who "gets shit done."
Why Waev:
- Opportunity to join early and grow with a startup scaling fast
- Real ownership of your accounts and impact on the company
- A fun, scrappy, supportive team that’s building something big
- Competitive pay, flexible work environment, and long-term upside
Looking for an A player who is open to starting part-time with the goal of moving to full-time in 2-3 months after achieving early success in the role.
