What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Card Support Administrator position at Waffle House, Inc.?
As the Credit Card Support Administrator, you will oversee credit card and gift card customer support for all Waffle House and subsidiary locations. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with credit and gift card issues, processing online / mobile (OLO) order refunds, and troubleshooting technical challenges with the IT team. You will also support restaurant operations with non-cash purchase-related concerns.
The Credit Card Support Administrator is a Support Team role based out of our Corporate Office in Norcross, GA in the metro Atlanta area. Our Corporate Office Support Team consists of 300 Associates committed to supporting our Operations Team as they proudly serve and create memorable experiences for our Customers.
