Operations Manager

$63,000-$80,000/Year
$6,000 Annual Bonus 4-year College degree
We are hiring high energy people and leaders to manage all aspects of a restaurant as management. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
Responsibilities
Leading from the front with regard to Production and Service (daily operations) of the restaurant
Management of Sales and Profit projections (P&L)
Food Cost Controls
People Management including labor budgets, scheduling, etc
