You’ll play a huge part in helping to fulfil our mission of giving every working person power over their pay, complete financial freedom and wellbeing. Working cross-functionally with Customer Success and delivery teams to complete the sales process, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

You'll be joining our wonderful Go-To-Market and working closely alongside your colleagues across the organisation to showcase our market leading products to employers of all shapes and sizes across the US. The team is committed to delivering a world class service to our customers and in turn making sure that we deliver tangible results for our clients and the business, whilst always ensuring we are having a positive impact on our users.
What will you be doing?
As a Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying, establishing, and targeting new revenue streams within Wagestream’s existing partnerships. You’ll build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through a combination of warm and cold outreach, nurturing relationships with potential customers and becoming an ambassador for financial wellbeing.
In addition to revenue generation, the role will involve partnership discovery, helping to identify new potential collaboration opportunities for Wagestream in the HR and Payroll space. You’ll explore co-branding opportunities and coordinate events, maximising partnership success and enhancing Wagestream’s brand presence.

- You have a track record of successful SaaS enterprise sales and solution selling
- You have experience of longer sales cycles, from 6 months
- You feel confident to influence board level decision making
- You're a team player, happy to lead by example, and ready to throw yourself into our fast-paced scale-up environment
- You’re hands-on and proactive, eager to dive in, take ownership, and make an immediate impact.
- You’re skilled at building rapport and influencing stakeholders and decision-makers.

Working Policy:
This role offers a hybrid work environment (3 days a week in-office) in our Arlington, VA or New York office.
