Location : This position is on-site at Wagner's headquarters in Plymouth, MN
Position Objective
Provide exposure to multiple areas of Information Technology withing a global organization including help desk, desktop support, IT infrastructure, Office 365, and SAP.
Responsibilities
Relationship to Others
Position is part of the IT Operations group in the IT department that supports all internal employees at multiple locations in the United States.
Dimentions of Position
This position needs a strong driven individual that has good troubleshooting skills and is motivated to learn.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Currently enrolled in accredited college, university, or technical school for Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science. Knowledge and course work in IT hardware and software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows is required. Basic knowledge of Networking, System Administration, SAP or SharePoint is a plus.
