Responsibilities :
- Draft and revise legal documents according to the task list and attorney request
- Ability to take ownership of projects and manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Compile and analyze data and legal research
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized so all documents are readily accessible
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues
- Assist attorneys with forming and filing new business entities
- Drafting Operating Agreements and Written Actions
