Accounts Receivable

Wagner's Team Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Assistant to support various departments within the company. This role will primarily focus on accounts receivable (AR) while also assisting with various administrative functions. ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is an effective multitasker, has high attention to detail, and has the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently yet be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable:Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Front Desk Management: Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and clients.
• Customer Assistance: Provide support to walk-in customers, addressing inquiries and processing transactions as needed.

• Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain various company records, ensuring data integrity and organization.
• General Support: Assist various departments as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
• Walk in Sales support: Assist walk in customers with sales

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Administrative Manager) is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Google Suit (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc)

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
