The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering value to businesses through strategic talent placement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Client Consultation : Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of workforce challenges and industry trends.
- Relationship Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Talent Matching : Work closely with recruiters to align clients’ needs with qualified candidates, ensuring successful placements.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging staffing needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Documentation : Maintain accurate client records, track sales activities, and submit reports to management.
- Contract & Agreement Preparation : Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
- Order Processing : Create and submit customer orders while ensuring all staffing requests are accurately fulfilled.
