WAGO Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Contractor & Wholesale Sales Manager to help execute the sales and grow market share/acceptance for WAGO electrical contractor products with the electrical contractors and electrical wholesale market in defined & required territories.  WAGO offers a competitive salary, company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company-paid insurance plans - life, AD&D, short-term disability and long-term disability, and a retirement 401k plan. Experience & Qualifications:   Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in a technical discipline 3 years of proven success in sales to electrical contractor and/or electrical wholesale markets Strong communication skills: Experience presenting, teaching, training, in small and medium sized groups Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for identifying new opportunities, persuasive/collaborative selling, and a strong work ethic Must demonstrate ability to manage varied tasks and possess excellent organizational, computer, oral, and social media communication skills Strong interpersonal and prospecting skills   Duties and Responsibilities: Increase market share in the electrical contractor market for WAGO products. Work with manufacturer representatives and electrical wholesale partners to develop, plan, and coordinate regional sales and training activities, specification and demand creation activities to capture and grow WAGO contractor product business. Develop proficiency on WAGO contractor products, applications, and competitive products to become the consultant to Manufacturer Representative sales channel, electrical wholesale partners, and electrical contractors Identify, establish, develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractor decision makers, specifiers, and electrical wholesalers Help develop, support, and execute, marketing initiatives to increase awareness and educate market on WAGO contractor products.  Participate in trade shows, counter days and other promotional events. Support, participate in, and conduct WAGO contractor product training for manufacturer representatives, electrical wholesale partners, and technical schools Focus on engagement with the electrical contractors and specifiers—travel as necessary to call on / train / support design efforts of 15-20 customers per week within region Identify technical trade and educational schools and develop relationships/programs to provide training/education on WAGO technologies. Document activities as required in CRM Provide summary quarterly reports as required on Electrical Contractor market/business   Additional Responsibilities: Must be able to travel via airplane. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate an automobile for up to six hours at a time. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Travel estimate 50%.
