Experience & Qualifications:
- Knowledge and use of traditional and digital marketing tactics, systems, tools and processes to meet strategic market goals and objectives
- Target audience creation, management and overall general principles of marketing campaign creation, execution and tracking
- Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution
- Research concepts and practices with abilities to synthesize and generate insights and recommendations
- Event and experiential marketing experience, preferably in the industrial automation or electrical components market(s)
- Knowledge of marketing operations tools required to create, track, report and modify campaigns
- Experience with B2B2C marketing and sales efforts across a variety of channels and tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to generate cross functional and collaborative relationships in a matrixed channel
- Demonstration of campaign development and execution with proven ability to leverage metrics
- Ability to own and deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex marketing programs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate an automobile for up to six hours at a time.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- International business experience a plus.
- Must be able to travel via airplane.
- Travel estimates 25%. International travel and travel to corporate headquarters could also be required on a periodic basis.
- Oversee the creation of marketing deliverables for product launches, campaigns, events, POP materials, co-op programs, and systems to drive awareness and sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador, empowering stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create, execute, and track marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with key business teams, including Channel Development, Product Managers, Merchandising, Events, Content Marketing, Sales, Training, and Marketing.
- Function as the main contact for assigned products and their marketing and sales commercialization needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans including timelines, KPIs and budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including marketing, sales, channel partners, media contacts, vendor support and industry subject matter experts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance our customer brand experience through traditional and digital tactics
