The Project Coordinator will be responsible for project organization and information gathering to assist the Operations and Installation Services department. This individual will communicate with multiple internal teams (i.e. Install, Customer Success, Sales, etc.) and external points of contacts (both corporate and plant leadership) to inform parties on necessary project information. Location : USA - Cincinnati, OH based preferred, but not required
Onsite Requirements : Remote
Travel : 10-20%; Travel quarterly to Cincinnati, OH (World HQ) and client site visits as necessary

Job Description
This position will give you the opportunity to :
Project Ownership and Coordination
Serve as the central point of contact for clients from project inception to installation completion.Manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.Work collaboratively with Sales, Survey Teams, Installation Teams, and Customer Success to drive projects to completion.Facilitate handoff to Customer Success Managers post-install, ensuring all client needs are met.Review of project surveys and research of asset details as pertaining to projects.Create and edit assets within the production environment.Assist with quality and feature testing of new System Manager tools as needed.Scheduling and Oversight
Coordinate with relevant teams to schedule surveys, installations, and other necessary activities.Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.Escalate issues to appropriate teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering when necessary to mitigate delays and enhance project success.Data Management and Reporting
Maintain / track all project-related data, including schedules, inventories, and progress reports.Provide regular updates to the Technical Project Manager and other leadership on project statuses and metrics.Identify trends and provide insights to improve project efficiency, outcomes, and enhance customer experience.Customer Satisfaction and Communication
Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.Bring customer delight to internal points of contact by following up with Sales & Customer Success teams on general project information and project statuses.Process Development and Improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine project coordination processes.Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project workflows.Adapt to evolving company needs and take on additional responsibilities as required to support the department's success.Requirements : Qualifications & Requirements :
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other project management tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional demeanor.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Willingness to obtain certifications in vibration technology such as Cat1 / 2 or similar to support the role’s technical requirements.The ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a strong focus on delivering a customer-delight experience in every interaction.High level of safety awareness and focus, with ability to work independently and as a teamAbility to follow work direction, prioritize assigned tasks, and perform basic math calculations accurately.Willingness to stretch current abilities to learn new skills.Valid driver’s license requiredPreferred Skills & Qualifications
OSHA certificationExperience with and professional knowledge of industrial equipment / IoT technologiesKnowledge of tools like Gantt charts, project dashboards, or other tracking methods.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project, Google).Analytical skills to monitor progress and performance metrics.Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or other project management methodologies.Working Conditions :
