Position Overview:
Under the general supervision of the VP/Loan Services, performs a variety of clerical and Administrative tasks in connection with the servicing of Consumer, Commercial and Residential Mortgage Loans.
Essential Job Functions:
*Manage the process of processing quarterly tax payments using Corelogic.
*Perform Annual Escrow Analysis for all residential and commercial loans.
*Assist in New Loan Setups in COCC Core Interface with Encompass.
*Track all insurance using the Lee and Mason Vendor. Process forced placed policies as needed and track renewals.
*Assist in processing loan payments, construction advances and loan participation transactions.
*Key contributor for managing loan servicing email box and telephone coverage for customer facing inquiries and requests for any loan related services.
*Perform related loan servicing tasks and special projects as required or assigned.
*Keeps abreast of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to consumer rights, nondiscrimination, fair credit reporting, HMDA, etc.
Requirements:
*Must have superior proficiency with a core loan system (ours is COCC).
*Must have proficiency with Corelogic Tax Service.
*Loan/Business systems - Encompass (LOS), and Microsoft Excel and Word.
*Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
*Ability to multi-task, assist and support others in the department as needed.
