Production Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our small staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live and studio production with decent editing and graphic skills. This role is varied with great learning opportunities. If you are passionate about good looking and sounding productions this will give you the ability to test and hone your skills. WCAT offers studio, equipment and training to clients looking to create media content.

Duties

• Work co-cooperatively with a small group to provide professional service to a variety of clients in studio and in the field using multiple camera switched production systems with live streaming capability.
• Able to set up equipment and test connections for live events quickly and efficiently.
• Work with clients to manage their requests and give the best results possible.
• Ability to generate simple graphics and edit basic videos using Adobe products and DaVinci Resolve.
• Interface with clients of all ages and maintain an organized workflow for all projects, ensuring timely delivery of content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop. Tricaster, Blackmagic, Sony and JVC cameras, Mac OS and Microsoft, Shure and Sennheiser microphones.
• Experience in studio lighting and hybrid multi camera system operation.
• Knowledge of video production processes from pre-production through post-production.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems quickly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all types of people.
• Have a license and drive a small box truck.
