About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Freight Handler to join our Distribution network team. As a critical member of our logistics team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their products on time and at an everyday low price.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides clerical/administrative support through generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software;
- Performs weekly inventory and tracks financial transactions;
- Communicates with suppliers regarding equipment warranties;
- Clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing), entering data and extracting data from multiple systems;
- Utilizes computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office) accurately and efficiently;
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity;
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
The work is physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting in extreme climates. High productivity expectations and a fast-paced environment make this a challenging yet rewarding role.
