Location: Tewksbury, MA (Onsite)

What You'll Do - The Essential Functions of the Job
- Recruiting, Interviewing, scheduling trials, and managing the hiring process
- Onboarding new hires
- Assist with Benefits Administration
- Updating Employee Files in iSolved
Back up for Payroll Processing inclusive of garnishments and benefits administration
- Researching compensation through Salary.com and other resources that set industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships to provide supplemental services (i.e., Cintas, iSolved, iHire)
- Assist with Workers' Compensation and Unemployment claims
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Assist with the planning of training initiatives, company functions, and All-Hands Company Meetings
- Support the broader People Team, culture, and company initiatives as they are developed and implemented
- Work with Walden Leadership members on occasion to lead or support special projects and tasks related to our #1 People strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Play a highly supportive role in the execution of strategic priorities and plans.
- Drive continued cost improvement and productivity initiatives.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the HRIS and talent management systems.
- Love of quality food and appreciation of holistic agricultural practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- At least one year of human resources management experience
