As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Waldorf Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing condition, and reporting changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong educational background in practical or vocational nursing and be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure. You should also maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
