We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Waldorf Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing condition, and reporting changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong educational background in practical or vocational nursing and be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure. You should also maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
