Minimum Qualifications:

- Completion of a formal automotive training program
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ASE certification
- Experience working with hybrid and electric vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Communicating with customers to explain repairs and recommendations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
