What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Walker Allen?
Walker Allen is a civil trial/litigation firm with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, and Goldsboro North Carolina and an office in Mount Pleasant South Carolina.
We are looking for an experienced lawyer with litigation and trial experience for possible lateral transfer into our firm as income partner in our Raleigh and/or Goldsboro office. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have experience in most to all facets of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, mediation, arbitration and trial. Actual trial experience is preferred.
Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, research, and writing skills required.
Positions require frequent travel for client meetings, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
