Walker Digital Table Systems, LLC (WDTS) innovates and develops products for the Asian and North American gaming markets including the PJM enabled Perfect Pay suite of table games solutions. Perfect Pay combines the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of an electronic table game with the emotion and excitement of the live dealer table game experience.

The senior management team within the group comprises, of necessity, highly skilled executives with critical experience in the field of complex system solutions for the casino environment, knowledge of casino and resort operations at the most advanced level and high-level understanding of the strategic importance of solutions which meet the compliance, security, financial integrity and customer relationship needs of resort operators.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes within the fast-paced casino gaming technology industry. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional who can handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and assist in driving revenue growth through efficient sales operations.

Job Duties

  • Under general supervision, assist the sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and tracking sales performance.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics, and customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in dealing with administrative tasks relating to regulatory requirements such as deliveries, onsite visits, product approvals, as required, with different State regulators.
  • Monitor and update CRM systems with accurate sales data, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Support lead generation efforts by researching potential clients and assisting with outreach campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and trade show appointments for sales representatives.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Help coordinate marketing and promotional efforts, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and client meetings.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times multi-tasking environment.

Education And Experience

  • Typically requires a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer station.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds, such as equipment, or office supplies, with or without assistance.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, such as typing, using office equipment, or operating a computer.
  • Ability to travel locally (if applicable) for customer service needs, or site visits, which may involve occasional lifting and walking.
  • Ability to participate in in-person meetings and presentations, including standing or moving about a room.
  • Must be able to work in an office environment with varying noise levels and demands.

Job Type

Full-time, non-exempt hourly

Total Rewards

$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the selected candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as business results.
