The W&D Event Department plans and executes events for both W&D employees and external clients. They prioritize creating outstanding client experiences to maximize the value of the event for the attendees and to support the business goals. The department also collaborates with Human Resources to improve community engagement and marketing efforts focused on strengthening client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in Asana Project Management for Events.
- Assist with event operations by managing registrations, making updates, creating reports, invitations, and surveys, using Bizzabo and Cvent.
- Maintain up-to-date RSVP lists for various events, as assigned.
- Ensure accuracy of Event data in Salesforce by updating records, creating campaigns, reports and dashboard, tagging contacts to campaigns, running reports in connection with meetings & events.
- Assist in post-event wrap-up for historical tracking and reporting by saving final documents properly, updating budgets, and final attendance numbers.
- Coordinate the creation and printing of name tags, escort cards, etc. for all events.
- Assist in reordering branded items, conference supplies, gifts, as assigned.
- Assist in coordination of event supplies, giveaways, branded items to off-site locations.
- Assist in coordination with shipping and receiving requests for event materials from vendor warehouse to/from events.
- Schedule and organize complex business activities such as meetings, conferences, and departmental events (including coordinating calendars, scheduling conference space, setting up Outlook invites and reminders).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday with the ability to work up to 2 of those days remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in an undergraduate program at an accredited university
- 1 to 3 plus years of experience in a corporate setting, working on projects requiring analytical, administrative, technical, and interpersonal skills
- Event Management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong time-management skills
- Strong risk management skills
- Self-motivated with a learning attitude and able to operate in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong technological background
- Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Cvent, Bizzabo and/or Asana preferred

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
