Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain accurate division order records and ownership calculations.
- Analyze title opinions, curative documents, and other legal contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Land, Accounting, and Legal teams to resolve ownership disputes and streamline processes.
- Lead efforts to process ownership changes, perform detailed title reviews, and support acquisitions / divestitures.
- Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of revenue and compliance with state regulations.
