Director of Finance
Walker Elliott is working with upstream oil and gas company, is seeking to hire Director / VP of Finance (upstream focused) to join their team in Midland, TX. This key leadership position will drive strategic financial initiatives, manage investor relations, and help strengthen the company's presence within the private equity space.
Responsibilities :
- Lead capital-raising initiatives to support growth, including liaising with investors and private equity firms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with private equity partners, gaining market insights and guiding company strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape the financial strategy, focusing on achieving long-term objectives in a competitive market.
- Monitor market trends and proactively position the company to capitalize on industry shifts and opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
