Our partner is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our worldwide marketing initiatives for a manufacturing company. This strategic role will drive product development, market expansion, and customer experience across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee global marketing strategies and budgets
Lead product development and market introduction processes
Manage and mentor marketing team to ensure positive customer experiences
Evaluate and prioritize new product ideas based on market potential
Coordinate cross-functional product development efforts
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs
Identify and expand into new markets
Provide strategic direction for all product lines
Analyze sales data and market trends
Collaborate with sales team on forecasting and planning
Conduct market research and liaise with external agencies
Ensure alignment with corporate goals and strategic plans
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
10 years of marketing experience, preferably in technology-based products
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proven track record in product development and market expansion
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
