Essential Duties
- Operate all forge and trim presses; This includes setting and monitoring all press controls
- Change dies
- Change cassettes
- Re-shim dies
- Adjust die lube lines
- Set or adjust furnaces
- Look for visual defects on dies and parts
- Make in process adjustments to presses and or controls
- Push out furnace
- Blow out furnace
- Remove pusher bars
- Operate Company computer system
- Operate fork truck
- Follow all safety regulations
- Maintain required quantity and quality levels
