Walker Healthforce is seeking a Provider Services Representatives for a healthcare client located in Chicago, IL. This is a contract position.
Start Date: ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of assignments in a high-volume production environment.
- Verify and update provider data with 95% or higher accuracy.
- Learn and apply moderately complex business rules and systems quickly.
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Provider Data Management/Provider Services experience
- Ability to establish strong business relationships
- Expert written and verbal communication skills -Professional in appearance and demeanor
- High attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Healthcare Industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
