- Problem-Solve: Use data analysis and root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to identify issues and keep systems running smoothly.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with production, maintenance, and service teams to troubleshoot problems and drive performance improvements.
- Lead Projects: Provide expertise in the installation, upgrades, and start-up of rotating equipment, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Apply cutting-edge maintenance practices to prevent issues before they happen and keep systems operating efficiently.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years of rotating equipment experience in industries like petrochemicals, refining, or utilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise with compressors, turbines, pumps, and motors, along with proficiency in vibration analysis (CAT II certification preferred).
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, great communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
