About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in safety management, specifically in mining, aggregates, or related heavy manufacturing industries. You will be required to hold MSHA Parts 46 & 48 certification and possess strong leadership, training facilitation, compliance expertise, and a collaborative approach to building trust.
- Ensure MSHA compliance through training, reporting, and documentation.
- Conduct safety audits and lead site safety committees.
- Investigate incidents and provide strategic insights for preventative measures.
- Develop and deliver engaging safety training sessions.
- Collaborate on safety considerations for capital projects and site upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
