About the Role:
- Manage inventory tracking of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring seamless production flow.
- Lead a team, including customer service, logistics, shipping & receiving, and warehouse personnel.
- Work closely with Head of Operations to drive supply chain efficiency and process improvements.
- Oversee manual tracking processes, with a focus on streamlining and optimizing supply chain systems.
- Ensure compliance with MMOG (Materials Management Operations Guidelines) and industry best practices.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain a steady supply of materials for manufacturing.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of supply chain experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and customer service operations.
- Hands-on experience with manual tracking processes; QAD system experience is a plus.
- Background in automotive or manufacturing supply chains is beneficial.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
