Slot Attendant

Monitor the performance of slot machines, activity, and conditions of the casino slot areas ensuring all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary. Responsible for assisting guests and answering questions regarding the use of Resort Club cards, machine payouts, promotions, events, and the location of amenities and machines. Stocks machines with tickets and conducts transactions for jackpots. Essential Functions:

• Effectively manage guest relations and properly resolve guest disputes in a courteous manner.
• Accurately verify, calculate, and pay jackpots. Accurately fill out paperwork pertaining to jackpot transactions.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repair to slot machines.
• Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
• Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.

Required:

• Previous slot experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable or ability to learn basic slot machine functions and be able to accurately explain to guests how to play and read them.
