In partnership with senior leadership, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance, and workplace safety. Provides support in the planning, development, implementation, administration of human resources functions including, but not limited to, the following employment, recruitment, employee relations, EEO, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Develop and drive creative HR initiatives and activities. Advising company management in human resources policy and program matters. Serves as a liaison between the organization's management and its employees.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following
- Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Act as liaison between site and partnered staffing agencies.
- Partnering with leadership, provide support as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide support and guidance to site management when specialized or sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Assist with benefits enrollment information for eligible employees.
- Review and process new hire documentation.
- Provide HR metrics to site management.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings; attend other meetings with business partners.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events or activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- A minimum of seven years related HR experience, at least five of these years in a management role.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Strong experience with the FMLA.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Comprehensive generalist background including coaching and counseling, performance management, employee involvement, teambuilding, as well as compensation and benefits.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations.
- Exceptional project and personnel management skills.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
- Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management team.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
