Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Account Sales Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships with new customers while maintaining and nurturing existing customer partnerships. The Account Sales Rep will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Commission available upon completed objectives.
Responsibilities
· Outreach to warm prospects to promote and sell products or services
· Outreach to current customers for upsell opportunities
· Maintain relationships with existing customers and establish relationships with new customers
· Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
· Process orders and ensure timely delivery
· Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
· Meet sales targets and goals
· Keep accurate records of interactions with customers
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
· Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with CRM software.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
· Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
