Walker Healthforce, an industry leader in the placement of Healthcare Technology Consultants as well as Travel Nursing and Allied Health professionals, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work on-site at its office in Burlington, MA. Contributing to the overall success of our team, you will support the Client Partnership and Account Management teams while working effectively in a collaborative environment toward strategic organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional data entry, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Ability to research, collect, and manipulate data
- Proficient with MS Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, and web-based computer technologies
- Strong written and oral communication capabilities
- Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success
Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry of client requisitions, candidate, and other account-related information utilizing Excel and other databases, (i.e., Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM))
- Maintain online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, etc.)
- Gather, research, and assemble a variety of information to assist with order management and internal/external update meetings
- Communicate regularly with the recruiting team and other internal departments as needed
- Provide backup support to sales coordinators, and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the staffing and recruiting industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher level degree preferred.
