- Collaborate with account managers to understand job requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, competitive spirit, and strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission.
