Effective written communication; technician notes and work descriptions. 4. Accurate data entry; system measurements and nameplate information. 5. Interpret blueprints and schematics: identify equipment locations. System Familiarity: 1. Cooling Towers 2. Build-Up Systems 3. Package and Split Systems 4. Water Source Heat Pumps 5. Mini-Split Systems 6. VRF Systems Manufacturer Familiarity: 1. Daiken 2. Carrier 3. Mitsubishi 4. Lennox 5. Day & Night 6. Fujitsu Task Familiarity: Troubleshoot, Repair, Maintain, and Install HVAC Systems and Parts. Examples: 1. Monitor building gages for RO water and chiller systems. 2. Accurately charge systems with refrigerant. License #428900 3. Replace inducer assembly, circuit boards, gas smart valves, smoke detectors, low ambient switch, and low voltage accessories. 4. Oxygen/acetylene brazing with nitrogen. 5. General brazing and soldering. 6. Maintain proper PH for waste water system, by adjusting caustic or acid. 7. Maintain VAV, cooling towers, RTUs, hot and cold-water pumps, boilers, and building RO systems. 8. Repair failed water pumps. 9. VRF, Split, mini-split, and package unit installations. 10. Pump-down procedure. 11. Running ductwork. 12. Running wiring. 13. Condenser and evaporator coil replacements. 14. Fan motor replacements. 15. Maintain humidity and temperature in clean rooms with Siemens BMS. 16. Sheet metal customization and adjustments. 17. Crane procedure during installations.
