Inside sales:
Company, a commercial heat treater, is looking for an experienced sales rep for our business located in Rock Island, IL. has been one of the leaders in heat treating industry for over 60 years. A sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, traveling/visiting new and existing customers, generating interest, and closing sales. This is a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
The sales rep responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
· Research and identify potential customers.
· Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
· Understand customer needs and requirements.
· Understanding and interpreting Heat-treating requirements.
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
· Follow up on quotes.
· Customer service
· Onboarding new accounts
· Travel
· Marketing
Job Requirements & Skills:
· Proven sales experience.
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Motivation for sales
· Customer focus
· Building relationships
· Technical understanding
· Prospecting skills
· Heat treating or Manufacturing experience preferred

Pay: $65,553.00 - $70,309.00 per year
