Required;
· Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in an inventory management role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
· Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AS400
Preferred:
· APCIS CPIM Certification.
· Experience with inventory management in the manufacturing industry.
· In-depth experience in various ERP systems.
· Working with various logistics providers and handling cases of damage.
Job duties will include:
· Oversee staffing, warehouse operations, budgeting, and inventory management for the organization.
· Lead improvement projects across all aspects of the warehouse.
· Lead cycle counting and physical inventory counting activities and investigate variances.
· Anticipate labor needs based on sales volume, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
· Implement and enforce quality and safety programs, including ISO 9001 audits.
· Ensure warehouse is well maintained and cleanliness is in order.
· Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and drive results.
· Additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $80,697.00 - $95,822.00 per year
