Company is seeking a quality minded, experienced Offset Press Operator who is anxious to excel in our growing company. 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday 5pm – 3am
2nd shift differential: 15% shift differential
Position Summary
This position is responsible for producing quality printed material in a timely manner.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Set up and run our 6-color press to produce quality results.
Complete work in a timely manner as defined by production schedules.
Understand requirements and ensure finished work effectively drives down stream processes.
Accountability for the quality of worked produced.
Recognize errors quickly and ensure completed work meets our quality standards.
The position requires innovation, compatibility, and the willingness to perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
High school or GED preferred.
3-5 years of offset press experience. Heidelberg experience preferred.
Trainee: Mechanically inclined and operated machines/equipment before.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Possess manual dexterity and is mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot.
Strong, efficient work ethic that can thrive in a high stress, fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Follow through with responsibilities while following safety rules, processes and best practices.
Proven organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs
Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
Possesses basic arithmetic skills and ability to read a ruler.
Possesses basic computer/data entry skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to work overtime and weekend work as necessary.
