Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work as needed
- Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues
- Assist with HVAC-related tasks (experience a plus, but not required)
- Ensure properties are maintained in safe and working condition
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks on schedule
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry tools and equipment as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check
