Quickbooks knowledge a plus but not necessary. Hours can be flexible to some extent. Courteous and neat and organized Hours of general employment 8-4:30pm Payroll and management of veterinary clinic

Summary
As a Secretarial/Bookkeeper, you will be integral to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organization’s accounting functions. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your core skills in accounting principles, general ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation will be essential. Proficiency in QuickBooks will enhance your ability to manage financial reports and transactions effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax experience will contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
